How to Give Feedback on AI Snippets (Beta)

Providing Feedback to Help Improve Paid Media AI Snippets

AI Snippets is a new feature currently available in beta within Paid Media. We’re inviting a small group of customers to test these insights early and help shape how AI insights roll out across the Digivizer platform.

Your feedback helps us understand what’s useful, what’s unclear, and what needs improving.


A reminder:

  • AI Snippets is currently in beta.

  • Insights may change as we continue refining the feature.

  • Feedback is reviewed directly by the Digivizer product team.

How to give feedback on AI Snippets

  1. Navigate to Paid Media in your Digivizer brandspace.

  2. Select any date range you’d like to review.

    • AI Snippets will generate a Summary, insights and warnings based on the period you choose.

  3. Review the AI Snippet shown on screen.

  4. Use the feedback icons to respond:

    • 👍 Thumbs up - if the insight was useful or valuable

    • 👎 Thumbs down - if the insight was not helpful


If you select thumbs down

If you select 👎, you’ll be prompted to provide more detail.

Please:

  • Select a reason where possible

  • Add any additional context in the More information field

This helps us understand why the insight may have missed the mark, and how it can be further improved.


What happens next

  • Thumbs up feedback helps us identify which insights are most valuable.

  • Thumbs down feedback helps improve accuracy, clarity, and relevance.

  • All feedback directly informs ongoing AI development across the platform.

Requesting access to AI Snippets (Beta)

If you don’t currently see AI Snippets in your Paid Media view, you may not yet have access.

If you’d like to be considered for beta access, feel free to reach out to us via the in-platform chat. Our team can confirm whether your account qualifies and help enable access where possible.
