The best way to share your feedback with us is to message us on our live chat using the button in the bottom right corner:

Bug reporting

If you've run into an issue or a bug, we recommend you get some information together before contacting us:

  • The URL of the page you found the issue

  • A description of what you were doing at the time

  • What browser and device you were using

  • Screenshots (if you can)

Screenshot tips

PrtSc button (All platforms)

When you want to take a screenshot, hit the PrtSc button on your computer. An image of your entire screen will be copied to your clipboard.
Paste the image into our live chat to share with us.

Snipping Tool (Windows)

Hit the Windows button and type "Snipping Tool". All Windows devices come with this program. 

Win+W and Screen Sketch (Windows 10)

Windows 10 has Screen Sketch. Use Win+W to capture your entire screen and annotate with Screen Sketch.
Save or copy your screenshot.

Mac OS

Commend+Shift+3: Save a screenshot of your entire screen to your desktop
Comment+Control+Shift+3: Copy a screenshot of your entire screen to your clipboard
Command+Shift+4: Save a part of your screen to your desktop
Comment+Control+Shift+4: Copy a part of your screen to your clipboard
Comment+Shift+4 & tap spacebar: Save a specific window screenshot to your desktop
Comment+Control+Shift+4 & tap spacebar: Copy a specific window screenshot to your clipboard
