How do I change my plan?

If you want to change from one plan to another, log in to your account and go to “Manage Billing”, which you’ll find on the Brandspace menu just to the left of the cog.

From here you can select your plan, apply your coupon (if you have one), and set up your payment.

The system will automatically cancel your old payment subscription. The system will pro-rate your first payment (if you switch before your renewal date).

Please message us for assistance if you have one of the following situations:

  • You want to switch to a different payment cycle (e.g., from monthly to annual payments)

  • You are on manual billing (e.g. you are invoiced)
