UPDATE: Changes to X Social Media

As you may have read in the news, there are changes at Twitter.

This includes data limitations on their previous level of service but at substantially greater price points.

Digivizer remains a partner to X, although there are limitations to the data we receive. Whilst you may see X social media data, it may not be complete. We are working to return to the data quality you expect.

To better support our paid customers, we will be removing X data from Digivizer Free Plans immediately.

We will keep you updated on any future developments.

Connecting your X Account:

To get started, head to the ‘Manage Connections’ tab located under the cog in the top right of your Digivizer screen.

Scroll down to X (Twitter), where it says ‘No connected X account.’ To the right of that, click the blue ‘Connect’ button and follow the prompts.

Connect your X Ad Account:

Connecting your X Ad Account follows the same flow as above, however, you need to ensure you have at least the “Creative manager” level of access.

Connecting your Twitter Ad Account follows the same flow as above. Head to the ‘Manage Connections’ menu, scroll down to X and click the blue ‘Connect’ button to the right of ‘Connected Twitter Ad Accounts.’ Note, this will only appear once you have connect your X account.

From there, you should now be able to see a list of X ad accounts that you have access for. Click the “Connect” button on the ad account you wish to select.

If you’re struggling to understand your data or need some guidance on the best way to soak up all of Twitter’s features, you can book a Digital Strategy with one of our Digital Marketing and Twitter experts today!

Please keep in mind it may take up to 24 hours for the data to load.

If you require any further assistance, please use in the in-platform chat feature to ask a question or book a time with our support team.
