If you’ve been manually entering numbers into Excel or Google Sheets spreadsheets for your social, search and website performance reports, there’s an easier way.

On each of the tabs in Digivizer, you can select “Export to CSV” to get all the data from your chosen date period in a CSV file that you can then copy or load into your spreadsheet program.

In the Overview tab, choose a specific platform in order to see the Export to .CSV button. Make sure all the posts for your selected date range are loaded on the page before you export.

In the Earned media tab, here’s where to find the Export to .CSV button. Like with Overview, make sure all the posts for your selected date range are loaded before you export.

In the Paid media tab, scroll down to the bottom of the table to see the Export to .CSV button.

In the Web Performance tab, after you select which Google Analytics account you’re interested in, you can choose to Download .CSV on each of the two tables: Search Queries Driving Traffic and Top Pages.
