If you need to change the email address you use to login to Digivizer, we’ve got you covered.

The first thing you need to do is login to Digivizer. Then, click on the cog wheel in the top right hand corner of your Digivizer screen. In the drop-down menu, click “Manage My Account”.

On the left hand side of the “Manage My Account” page, you can choose whether you’d like to adjust the settings for your email address, your password, or your Digivizer email subscriptions.

By default, you’ll land on the right page to update your email address. If you need to navigate to it, it’s called “Update Email Address”.

Simply input your new email address, confirm it in the second box to make sure you’ve typed it in correctly, and then input your current password (as an extra bit of security). Then click “Update Email”. All done! (Just make sure you update the right email address in your password manager.)
