It’s super easy to reset or change your Digivizer password. Which method you need depends on whether you can still log in with your current password or not.
Change your password while logged in
If you’re already logged in, the first thing you need to do to change your password is click on the cog wheel in the top right hand corner of your Digivizer screen. In the drop-down menu, click “Manage My Account”.
On the left hand side of the “Manage My Account” page, you can choose whether you’d like to adjust the settings for your email address, your password, or your Digivizer email subscriptions. Click “Change Password” to update your password.
All you have to do now is input your preferred new password, confirm it (so they match), then hit “Update Password”! You’re done!
(Psssst: Make sure to update your new password in your password manager.)
Reset your forgotten password
If you’re logged out and you’ve forgotten your password to access your Digivizer account, navigate to the Digivizer login page and click “Forgot your password?” at the bottom of the login box.
As long as you’ve verified the email address associated with your Digivizer account (you will have been prompted to do this via email when you first signed up), input that same email address into the box and hit “Reset Password”. We’ll then email you a link to reset your password.
