How to update Business Integration settings on Facebook/Meta Business Suite

If you're having trouble with your Facebook or Instagram Business accounts not showing up when you connect them, it's likely you haven't updated the business integration setting in Meta Business Suite.

Here are the steps you need to take to update these settings:

Step 1: Log in to your personal Facebook profile. Click the downward arrow icon in the top right-hand corner and a drop list will appear.

Step 2: Select the "Settings & privacy" option, followed by "Settings" again.

Step 3: In the "Settings" page scroll right down until you see the Your Activity section. Here you will see the option for "Business Integrations" - select that.


​Step 4: This is where third-party app permissions are located. Look for the Digivizer logo and you can adjust your settings from here. Click "View and edit" next to the Digivizer Business Integration to control the information accessed.


​Step 5: Update your settings by making sure all the permissions are switched on like the picture below and then click "Save". You should be good to go!

Note: If the business integration has expired user permissions, click on "Renew" to re-enable integration.

Once you have saved this section, Digivizer can ensure proper connection of your Facebook and Instagram Business accounts within the platform.
