If you're having trouble with your Facebook or Instagram Business accounts not showing up when you connect them, it's likely you haven't updated the business integration setting in Facebook. Here's how:
You'll want to log in to your personal profile and redirect to your profile page by clicking on your profile picture. Once there, click the downward arrow icon in the top right-hand corner.
2. You'll then want to select the "Settings & privacy" option, followed by "Settings" again.
3. Once you're in the "Settings" page, click on "Security and Log in". Then scroll down until you see "Business Integrations" on the left-hand side and select that.
4. This is where third-party app permissions are located. Look for the Digivizer logo and you can adjust your settings from here. Click "view and edit" next to the Digivizer Business Integration to control the information accessed.
5. Update your settings by making sure all the permissions are switched on like the picture below and then click "Save". You should be good to go!
If the business integration has expired user permissions, click on "Renew" to re-enable integration.
Once you have saved this section, Digivizer can ensure proper connection of your Facebook and Instagram Business accounts within the platform.
