Why is my data showing with an orange or red circle next to it?

If you’ve successfully connected all your accounts into the Digivizer platform you should see a green circle showing next to your account names within the Overview tab.

This signifies that the data being filtered in is active and up to date.

If you’re seeing an orange circle in place of the green, this indicates your data is still syncing and thus not yet up to date.

If you hover over it, it will tell you the length of time it has been syncing for. There’s no need to do anything at this point, please leave it to sync and it should update back to the green circle once the syncing has finished and the data is updated.

However if it has been showing as orange for a number of days, and you’re concerned please reach out and contact our team for further assistance. You can do this through the Intercom live chat box in the lower right corner of the screen, or send us a message here.

If you’re seeing a red circle, it means your account and data has completely disconnected.

You'll need to reconnect it within the manage connections tab in the Digivizer platform to get it back up and running. If you need help reconnecting your accounts you can follow this easy step-by-step.
