Follow the steps below to get your Microsoft Ads account connected to the Digivizer platform while in Beta Testing!

  1. Firstly, make sure you are logged into your Microsoft Ads account on your desktop or mobile device.

  2. Then, head to the ‘Manage Connections’ tab located under the cog in the top right of the Digivizer platform.

    Manage Connections in Digivizer Platform

  3. On the Manage Connection screen, scroll down until you see the ‘Microsoft Ads’ bar. Press the blue 'Connect' button.

  4. You'll see a screen similar to the one below. Here you should ensure you are logged in with the correct account - it will usually be your Work account rather than your Personal one.

If you choose the wrong account, just start the process again!

  5. Once you've logged in through Microsoft, you'll see a permissions screen with Digivizer requesting share access to connect your data to the platform. Once you click Allow, you'll be redirected back to the platform and should see this screen with all the Microsoft Ads Accounts you have Admin access to.

Press Connect to add the accounts you are interested in viewing!

Your Account is now successfully connected and you should see your account look like this!

Please note: your data may take a short time of up to 24 hours to finish downloading before it appears in the Overview tab.

If you want to add a Microsoft Ads account that you are not the admin of, you can invite the owner in the Manage Brandspace tab.

Simply type in the email of the team member with the relevant permissions in the box pictured below to send them an invite to join your Brandspace. They can follow the same steps in this article to connect the account, without sharing any sensitive login details.

If you need any additional help, get in touch with our support team by clicking on the blue chat bubble in the right-hand corner of the screen.
