If you're having trouble connecting up your Facebook Ads account the reason might be that another user (we will call them person A for the sake of this explanation) has already connected their Facebook and Instagram.

If Person A has connected their Facebook Page and Instagram but has not connected their Facebook Ads account, then they will see the Facebook Ads Account connect button (see the indicated button in the image below.)

If you then view the connections page it may not show the button to connect your Facebook Ads Account.

There are two solutions to this:

Person A to connects the Facebook Ads account; you might need to reach out to your team to request that they connect their account.

Alternatively, you can connect your Facebook token (See the indicated button in the below image) once this has been connected you will then be able to connect your Facebook Ads Account.
