Note: Hashtag collection is currently only available for Instagram and Twitter in Digivizer.

STEP 1

Log into your Digivizer Brand Space

STEP 2

Click on Earned media tab in your Navigation Bar

STEP 3

Select the Date Picker to open the calendar view.

STEP 4

Drag the date to select the period of time you want to report on or, select from the pre-defined reporting periods.

Refer to our help article for more information on how to use Date Picker.

STEP 5

You will notice a filter bar located in your top left. Click this!

STEP 6

In your Filter Bar bar, focus down what you want to report on. Select individual platforms or perhaps personal mentions or a specific hashtag you want to measure impact on.

STEP 7

Once you have selected your hashtag you are able to see visually all top posters + each individual post across platforms that have leveraged that specific hashtag (all ranked easily by engagement)!

STEP 8:

Subject to the data integration available for the individual social platforms, view important metrics to measure each post. Note: dependent on your plan, you may just see engagement, comments/likes, etc.

STEP 9 PRO TIP:

Click any post and be taken to the native platform to engage as your brand and stay on top of community management.

STEP 10 PRO TIP:

Don't forget you can also see all Top Posters (for that specific hashtag you have elected to track) across platforms during this period.

STEP 11:

Stakeholders you need to report to? Building a massive report? Export everything to CSV in seconds with our button located in the top right.
