It's important to remember that only a Brand Space owner can update or access Manage Billing. This is to ensure the protection and privacy of your payment details from all Brand Space users.
Note: If you do not see the Billing page for your Brand Space and you need it, please contact [email protected]
To update your payment or billing information:
Log in to your account via https://app.digivizer.com/login
Navigate to 'Manage Billing', (which you’ll find on the Brand Space menu just to the left of the cog).
Here you can fill in and update your billing information to ensure the contact details are correct. If it is your first time in platform, you will be prompted to buy the plan by placing your credit card down.
If you wish to update your card; click 'Add Card' to enter your new payment details and click Save.
Your billing and payment information is now all up to date!
