On the Owned tab of Digivizer, you get an aggregate, single view of all your Organic social media and campaign performance, giving you full visibility on your organic social media engagement and outcomes to make data-driven decisions.
Owned Media allows users to filter by campaign names, keywords, or product names to gauge the impact of specific campaigns across all organic social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, and YouTube. It provides access to all organic posts and performance data on one page, enabling users to quickly identify which channels and content types drive more organic engagement, even for brands with multiple accounts per channel.
How to track a campaign or the performance of a specific product
You can track the performance for specific campaigns or products across all organic channels by adding filters using keywords (like a campaign hashtag or name), or core products.
Example: the screen shot below demonstrates how we have filtered our content to only show posts containing the word "platform" in the period we have selected.
Using this feature allows you to view performance by platform to measure the best performing posts between all of your brand and executive accounts from a single page.
Report on goals that are important to you
You can report on total owned social media engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares, video views, clicks, engagements and engagement rate) across all posts to see what resonates with audiences.
Use the drop list to view your best performing posts against a specific goal.
Measure content performance for any period
Use Digivizer’s Date Picker to see period-on-period analysis and reporting across all your organic social channels. Leverage the predefined time periods or select and compare any period that is important to you.
Note: This feature is available to all Digivizer customers on one of our paid plans - Digivizer Starter or greater. You can only see data for 30 days prior to when you connected your accounts to the Digivizer platform.
If you need any further support, we recommend you use the in-platform chat feature to connect with our support team or book a demo with our experts.
